Parker Ethan Cook (b. 30 April 1977 in Kerrisdale) is a Canadian senior police officer and former ammunition technician in the Royal Canadian Gendarmerie, who has served with the Lower Mainland Constabulary (LMC) since 2002, holding the rank of assistant chief constable (ACC) since February 2018.

ACC Cook is the commanding officer of the LMC's Patrol Directorate, the largest constabulary directorate by number of personnel. ACC Cook has his office on the top floor of Marpole Station in Marpole, North Fraser County, where he is station chief; he also has two smaller auxiliary offices, one at Burrard Station in Downtown Vancouver and one at the constabulary headquarters in New Westminster.

Cook married Siobhan O'Malley in September 2000. They live in the Vancouver borough of South False Creek with their twin daughters, who are currently attending ninth grade at King George Secondary School. Cook's brother-in-law is the current Sheriff of British Columbia, in office since 2016.
