The Cabinet of Antilla is the top executive body of the Commonwealth of Antilla, responsible for supervising the multiple distinct agencies and services which constitute the central government. The Cabinet is led by the Prime Minister of Antilla, in addition to whom its members include the Deputy Prime Minister, the Cabinet Secretary, the Deputy Cabinet Secretary, the Cabinet Manager and 22 cabinet ministers, each responsible for the administration of one of Antilla's 22 ministries (executive departments). The Prime Minister is responsible for nominating Cabinet members, who are formally appointed by the President of Antilla.

The Cabinet of Antilla meets at the Cabinet House, located across Parliament Square from the Parliament of Antilla in central Christiansby. The five senior members of the Cabinet of Antilla have their own personal offices at Cabinet House, while the 22 cabinet ministers each have their personal office in the headquarters of the ministry for which they are responsible. A separate office and observational seat in the Cabinet is reserved for the President of Antilla, who uses the Cabinet's presidential office for the formal approval of cabinet member nominations and executive decrees, while the reserved seat in the Cabinet's main conference room is used by the President to sit in on Cabinet meetings, which he may choose to do at his sole discretion.
