The Arab Nationalist Front (Arabic: الجبهة القومية العربية al-jabhah al-qawmīyah al-‘arabīyah) was, despite its technically-independent supporters, the official military of the Arab Nationalist Party (ANP) during the Arab Wars of Unification. It was responsible for militarily supporting the policy of the ANP, which was opposed to the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party and its politico-militant campaign to politically unite the 20 sovereign Arab states. With the support of its allies, it was the major enemy of the Arab Army (and its early iteration the Pan-Arab Army) during the Wars of Unification, fighting against the Arab Army with an end to destroy the Ba'athists' ability to politically unify the Arab world, preferring the pre-war status quo.

The ANF was as good as defeated twice following the First (1948–1958) and Second War of Arab Unification (1966—1977), although guerrilla-type skirmishes believed to be ANF-supported occurred sporadically after both wars, including in supposedly demilitarised zones. These occurrences only ceased completely following the final, ultimate defeat of the ANF and supporters at the end of the Third War of Arab Unification (1986—89), which was incontestibly won by the Arab Union Defence Forces (UDF), the final Arab states joining as republics in the summer of 1989.
