Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Arab Social-Democratic Party (Arabic: الحزب الديمقراطي الاجتماعي العربي al-ḥizb ad-dīmuqrāṭī al-ijtimā‘ī al-‘arabī) is a major political party of the Arab Union. It is a member of the National Progressive Front, a coalition led by the ruling Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party which holds a majority of seats in the Arab Congress. The Arab Social-Democratic Party also holds a majority of seats in the Republican Congress of Morocco, one of the Arab Union's 20 republics, forming its republican-level government.
