Artillery Heights (Arabic: جبال المدفعية jibāl al-midfaʿīyah) are a pair of tells in Nasser City around which the district of Kiryat Shams is based. The northern summit sits at 104 metres above the surface of the Sea of Galilee and the southern summit at 122 metres, the latter being the capital's highest point. The base of the mounts are shared by a managed forest, botanical garden, golf course, and Ardessheed National Cemetery (site of the Arab Revolutionary War Memorial), while the A11 road passes through the narrow valley separating the pair. The northern tell is home to the capital's most expensive residential neighbourhood, and the southern tell hosts the grounds of Shams Palace (the official residence and workplace of the President of the Arab Union).
