Assistant Chief Constable (ACC) is the third-highest rank of sworn constable (police officer) in the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the primary law enforcement agency of Ontario, the most populous of Canada's 13 provinces. Assistant Chief Constable is also the highest rank which may be held by more than one constable simultaneously; the OPP currently has seven ACCs, six of whom are each responsible for a particular regional division of operations and one of whom oversees the province-wide operational command. All ACCs are directly answerable to the Deputy Chief Constable (DCC).
