Atlantica Alba is a European island located in the Northeastern Atlantic Ocean, approximately 400 km northwest of the Iberian Peninsula and 350 km southwest of Ireland, forming the western boundary of the Celtic Sea. With a total land area of 160,889 km2, Atlantica Alba is the world's 12th largest island. 145 smaller inhabited islands and 1100 uninhabited islets neighbour the main island, the largest of which is only 5% the land area of Terpoatrea; the great majority are located to the southeast around one third of the distance to Iberia, forming the Lesser Celtic Archipelago, which separates the Bay of Biscay to the south from the rest of the Celtic Sea to the north.

Atlantica Alba's population in 2020 was estimated at 11,330,490, making it the world's x most populous island. The island is divided between two sovereign states: Kilmark and Killarney, for both of whom Atlantica Alba serves as the mainland. Just over a third of the island is occupied by Kilmark, with the remaining nearly two thirds constituting Killarney; the population distribution follows roughly the same ratio, with Killarney nearly twice as populous as Kilmark. Milopolis, the island's most populous city and Killarney's capital, is home to 734,800 people within the city proper and a metropolitan population of 3.38 million. Of the ten largest cities of Atlantica Alba, seven are located in Killarney, including the three most populous; Kilgard, the capital of Kilmark, is the island's fourth most populous city, while Kilmark's next two largest cities rank as Atlantica Alba's seventh and ninth largest, respectively.
