Attorney General of Ottawa

The Attorney General of Ottawa (French: Avocat général d'Ottawa) is the highest ranking legal official of the non-federal Metropolitan Judiciary of Ottawa, the federal capital and fourth-most populous city of Canada. The Attorney General oversees the Ottawa Metropolitan Police via the Ottawa Metropolitan Police and Crime Commissioner, while much of the Attorney General's responsibilities are delegated to the Solicitor General of Ottawa.
