Beit Bezra (Arabic: بيت بذرة) is a city of approximately 205,300 people located immediately across the River Jordan from Nasser City, capital of the Arab Union. Its name means "house of seed". As part of the built-up area surrounding Nasser City, Beit Bezra is a member council of the Capital metropolitan community. Its central railway station, Beit Bezra Station, connects the city to central Nasser City via the Capital Commuter's North and Northwest Lines (which terminate at Khan al-Mayadeen Station), as well as by road via the M2 and M11 motorways and the A11 road.

The primary sights and attractions for which Beit Bezra is known include the Abu Akhlat Water Wheel, the Ashura Mosque and accompanying Shrine of Al-Mu'izz and Jannat Ramadan Cemetery, the Upper Jordan Monastery of St. Cyril, the Jordan Bottomlands Nature Reserve, and Peace River Gardens Amusement Park. Beit Bezra is also home to Ahram Palace, the secondary official residence of the President of the Arab Union, as well as the main campus of Ismail Mustafa Technical University and one of four small satellite campuses of Gamal Abdel Nasser University (the main campus of which is located in Nasser City proper).

The City of Beit Bezra is governed by the Beit Bezra Municipal Council, which has been chaired by Abu Latif Muhammad Ahmadi since September 2021. The municipal council meets weekly in the Beit Bezra Municipal Building located on Rayat Square in central Beit Bezra; all additional municipal-level services and administrative responsibilities are managed from the same building. Like all other municipal councils in the Arab Union, Beit Bezra is policed by a unique detachment of the National Police; its headquarters, as well as its short-term jail facility, are located directly across Rayat Square from the Beit Bezra Municipal Building.

The local National Police Detachment also maintains two additional stations in the city—one in the northeast and one in the southwest; as of January 2024, it employs a total of 933 full-time constables, 170 auxiliary (part-time) personnel, and 75 administrative staff. Fire and rescue services are delivered by the Capital Metropolitan Fire & Rescue Service, and ambulatory/emergency first aid by the EMT Division of the National Health Authority (NHA), both of which have their headquarters directly across Al-Umm Maryam Avenue from Al-Umm Maryam Hospital, the largest healthcare facility in Beit Bezra.
