The Cabinet of Kilmark (Killian: Caibnédd Killmairchai) is the top executive government body of the Kingdom of Kilmark, one of two coequal realms which together form the dual monarchy and sovereign state of Kilmark–Killarney.

Chaired by the Prime Minister of Kilmark, the Cabinet consists of the most senior members of the executive government, namely the Deputy Prime Minister, multiple ministers of the Crown who are each responsible for a particular national ministry, and other cabinet ministers and directors of executive agencies. Following the appointment of the Prime Minister of Kilmark by the monarch of Kilmark–Killarney on advice of the Parliament of Kilmark, the newly incumbent Prime Minister nominates the Deputy Prime Minister and all other members of his cabinet, who are in turn formally appointed by the monarch.

The individual nominated as Prime Minister of Kilmark must be a member of Parliament (a politician elected to a particular seat in the Parliament of Kilmark, and is either the leader or another senior member of the political party or coalition holding a majority of seats in Parliament. The Prime Minister must maintain the confidence of Parliament to stay in office, otherwise a simple parliamentary vote of no confidence can remove the incumbent Prime Minister and dissolve his government (the Cabinet); the incumbent Prime Minister and government may also be removed by royal decree, although this is rare, and in either case, the removal from office of a Prime Minister and dissolution of his government must immediately be followed by a new parliamentary election, by which a new Prime Minister and government will be appointed.
