Cadets Canada, officially the Cadets League of Canada (French: Société des cadets du Canada), is a civilian not-for-profit, non-governmental organisation which is responsible for administering and operating the three national cadet corps of Canada, namely the Royal Canadian Army Cadets, Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Each cadet corps is sponsored by the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Forces, and supported logistically and operationally by the affiliated regiment of its respective service branch (the Army, Navy and Air Force); instructors and other adults responsible for cadets' training and supervision are typically officers of the military's primary reserve, although cadets themselves are civilians and not members of the armed forces.

Cadets Canada coordinates the three cadet corps' programs, functioning as the civilian administration of the program, responsible for managing program funding, employing reserve officers as instructors, administering program applications, and handling all other civilian aspects of the three cadet corps. While Cadets Canada is separate from the military and civilian government, it is funded entirely by the DND, and is led by a secretary-general who is appointed by the President of Canada on advice of the Chief of the Defence Staff.

Cadets Canada has its headquarters at 222 Queen St W in Bytown, Ottawa. The current Secretary-General of the Cadets League of Canada is Catherine Bach, in office since 2015.
