Cahuana is a parish in the Commonwealth of Antilla and the most populous community and only port of Huocupao. Its population was calculated at 1023 in 2016, representing over there quarters of the total population of Huocupao. Cahuana is located on the outer shore of Green Cay, the largest of the nine cays which form Huocupao, an atoll. On the inner shore of Green Cay opposite Cahuana (about 1.5 km to the north) is the village of Sandstone Cay, the only other parish on Huocupao.
