The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA; French: Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, ASFC) is a federal agency of the Canadian Department of Customs and Immigration. It is responsible for operating all border crossings and other international points of entry into the country, including vetting visitors and immigrants to ensure they have the requisite visas and related documents, declare all money, assets and other scheduled items such as foodstuffs, and are not bringing any contraband into the country, as well as inspecting all private and commercial packages and products entering the country and ensuring individuals' and products' compliance with duty levies.

CBSA personnel are considered peace officers, and have the authority to enforce all Canadian laws in addition to their standard duties; in cooperation with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the CBSA maintains security and public order at all international points of entry and detains illegal immigrants already in Canada for deportation. The CBSA does not patrol the country's physical international borders, as that is the responsibility of the Royal Canadian Gendarmerie, a branch of the Canadian Armed Forces with both civilian and military (provost) law enforcement authority.
