The Capital Metropolitan Combined Authority (Arabic: سلطة العاصمة المجتمع المتروبولتانية sulṭat al-ʿāṣimah al-mujtamaʿ al-mitrūbūlitānīyah) is the governmental authority responsible for administering all programs and services delivered on a collective basis to the 30 individual member baladiyāt (municipal councils) which constitute the Capital metropolitan community, the census metropolitan community which constitutes the entirety of the built-up area (urban, suburban and exurban) centred on Nasser City, the federal capital of the Arab Union. The Capital Metropolitan Combined Authority consists of 30 councillors, each representing one of the 30 baladiyāt which make up the metropolitan community; they are each elected every three years by the residents of their respective baladiyah.

The Capital Metropolitan Combined Authority has its headquarters at 401 Patrice Lumumba Ave E in the district of Jannat as-Sanjak, Nasser City.
