The Chief Constable of the Vancouver Island Provincial Police is the highest-ranking member and sworn constable of the Vancouver Island Provincial Police (VIPP), the primary police service of the Canadian province of Vancouver Island. The Chief Constable of the VIPP is appointed by the Attorney General of Vancouver Island, and accountable to the Attorney General via the Vancouver Island Police and Crime Commissioner. The current Chief Constable of the Vancouver Island Provincial Police is Herman Morales, in office since 2017.

Immediately subordinate to the Chief Constable is the Deputy Chief Constable of the VIPP, who actually handles many executive responsibilities on behalf of the Chief Constable, allowing for the Chief Constable to attend to other responsibilities such as meetings with the Attorney General or other government officials as well as important social engagements and political events. The Deputy Chief Constable oversees two to four Assistant Chief Constables, the highest rank which can be held simultaneously by more than one constable.
