Circuit court (Canada)

In the judicial system is the Canadian Republic, all 13 provinces and five territories have circuit courts (French: tribuneaux itinérant) are the second level of courts in the judicial system of a province or territory, as well as the federal district of Ottawa, Canada's capital and fourth most-populous city.

All provinces have between 36–77 district courts, and 15–22 circuit courts; all territories have between 18–33 district courts and 7–13 circuit courts. Ottawa has 4 district courts and one circuit court. All circuit courts are subordinate to the supreme court of the province/territory/federal district.
