The Nasseria City Centre (Arabic: مركز مدينة الناصريا markiz madīnat an-nāṣiriyā) is the city centre ie. most densely populated of the Built-up area consisting Nasseria, the national capital of the Arab Union. Consisting of the urban districts of The Commons (including Khan el-Mayadeen and associated pedestrian mall), Bab el-Mutassaref, Khastakhanat al-Ayatallah, Jannat as-Sanjak, Sultan's Grove and the Waterfront District, the city centre is home to the capital's financial district (home to the tallest buildings in the city), main government precinct (including the headquarters of all three branches of government and virtually all federal government ministries and executive agencies), El-Kora Gardens, the two main train/transit stations (Martyrs' Station and New West Station), much of the capital's tourist attractions, and a prominent shopping district. It is also home to about 65% or the capital's residential population. The remaining nine, less dense districts surround the city centre, with all transit systems feeding into the city centre, terminating at one of the two central stations.
