The Conservative Party of Canada (French: Parti conservateur du Canada) is a major federal political party in the Canadian Republic. It was formed in 2003 from the multiple right-wing to far-rightparties which had existed in Canada for over a century, historically grouped into two camps, "Blue Tories" and "Red Tories". The party sits at the far-right to right of the Canadian political spectrum, with their federal rivals, the Liberal Party of Canada positioned just to their left, on the centre to centre-right. The other two major Canadian federal parties, the NDP and the Communist Party, are positioned on the left and far-left, respectively.

Like the other major federal political parties, the Conservative Party has branches in each of the federations's 13 provinces and five territories, which contest their respective local provincial/territorial elections.
