Crown Attorney of Canada

The Crown Attorney of Canada is the Canadian federal government's top executive responsible for bringing federal charges to federal courts and litigating as the prosecution in the court. The Crown Attorney of Canada oversees the Crown Prosecution Service of Canada (CPSC), the federal prosecutor agency, which also includes several deputies of the Crown Attorney of Canada called Assistant Crown Attorneys, who handle most actual litigation which is delegated by the Crown Attorney of Canada.
