The Deputy Prime Minister of Killarney (Killarne: Dhúscærrh Rouní Primí Kilharní) is the deputy-head of government of the Kingdom of Killarney, directly answerable to the Prime Minister of Killarney. The Deputy Prime Minister is nominated by the Prime Minister and officially appointed to the office by the Monarch of Kilmark–Killarney.

The Deputy Prime Minister is the second-highest ranking official within the executive branch of Killarney's national government; in addition to routine responsibilities including supporting the work of the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister also represents the government at various national and international events which the Prime Minister is personally unable to attend, chairs the Cabinet of Killarney during the Prime Minister's absence, supervises the work of ministers of the Crown and other cabinet ministers and executive officials on behalf of the Prime Minister, and more.

The Deputy Prime Minister is also responsible for supervising the Cabinet Security Office, the service responsible for the physical protection of the Prime Minister, as well as the Prime Minister's family, the Cabinet, visiting diplomats and domestic and foreign guests, and other important dignitaries. According to the constitution, the Deputy Prime Minister of Killarney becomes Acting Prime Minister of Killarney in the event of the incumbent Prime Minister's death or incapacitation, until a new Prime Minister is elected.
