Duncan "Ducky" Aidan Kelly (b. 10 March 1974 in Vancouver) is a Canadian former pilot, who since 2016 has been suspected by a number of law enforcement agencies (including the Lower Mainland Constabulary and the British Columbia Sheriff Service) to be the leader of the Fighting Irish, considered one of the most powerful and predominant organised crime groups in Western Canada.

Kelly was born to immigrants from County Mayo, Republic of Ireland, who settled in Dunbar, a neighbourhood of Kerrisdale, North Fraser County, a suburb of Vancouver, where Kelly was raised and where he attended secondary school. Despite being born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Kelly is purported to speak with a mild Irish accent, which he must have picked up from his parents, as he was homeschooled until the age of 13.
