The Government of Atlantica Alba (Atlantic: Rialtas Albí Atlí), officially the Royal Court of Atlantica Alba (A Chullas Rí Albí Atlí), is the national government of the Kingdom of Atlantica Alba, a constitutional monarchy and island country located in the northeastern Atlantic Ocean, separated from the coast of Western Europe by the Bay of Biscay.

The Government of Atlantica Alba consists of three branches: the unicameral Parliament of Atlantica Alba, the legislative branch; the Supreme Court of Atlantica Alba and the Royal Court of Appeal, the two highest courts in the kingdom's judiciary/judicial branch, which includes multiple lower district courts; and the Cabinet of Atlantica Alba, chaired by the Prime Minister (head of government) of Atlantica Alba, the highest body of the national government's executive branch, which oversees multiple subordinate ministries and other executive agencies.

The party or coalition of parties holding a majority of seats in Parliament have constitutional prerogative to form the executive government, with the party/coalition leader or another senior member nominated as Prime Minister by Parliament, and officially confirmed as such by the King of Atlantica Alba. The confirmed Prime Minister subsequently nominates his cabinet, who are all officially confirmed by the King as well. The Prime Minister nominates an experienced judge as Chief Justice (leader of the Supreme Court), who is confirmed by the King, and who goes on to nominate the ten other puisne justices of the Supreme Court as well as the sixteen justices of the Royal Court of Appeal, who are all also confirmed by the King.
