Internal Affairs, Unit 4 (IA4) is one of three anticorruption/professional standards units in the Lower Mainland Constabulary (LMC), part of the Directorate of Internal Affairs. Its commanding officer is Chief Superintendent Andrew Parker. It is the second-largest of the three operational units of Internal Affairs by number of personnel, and has its headquarters on the 10th and 11th floors of Marpole Station in Vancouver.

While IA9 handles most professional standards/anticorruption investigational responsibilities, IA4 maintains the LMC's confidential informant (CHIS) program, which includes recruiting, training and compensating informants, providing safe houses, required documents and mission equipment, and operating a vast decoy system.
