Marwan Khallouf
Dr. Marwan Khallouf (Arabic: الدكتور أبو إبراهيم مروان علي سليمان خلوف الكلبي; b. 5 Aug 1973 in Latakia) is a Syrian politician who holds a PhD in political science as well as an MBA from the Damascus University. Since 14 May 2010, Dr. Khallouf has served as Secretary of the National Political Service (NPS), the union's civil service commission; before that, he served from 10 April 2006 as Chairman of the Secretariat of the NPS, the second-most senior position in the NPS.
Khallouf has been married since 2010 and has three school-aged children (one girl and two boys). He resides with his family in the Kiryat Jalil borough of Nasser City.
Dr. Khallouf is the elder brother of incumbent Minister of Transportation and former Arabian Airlines pilot Ridwan Khallouf.
