Matanuska–Susitna Regional Municipality is an upper-tier municipality in the Canadian province of Alaska, encompassing Alaska's largest city and primary port of Anchorage and most of its surrounding metropolitan area.

As an upper-tier municipality, Matanuska–Susitna consists of the following six lower-tier municipalities, totalling approximately 1.77 million people, including the estimated 30,000 people living in unincorporated areas of the regional municipality:
