The Military Command Council (Arabic: مجلس القيادة العسكرية majlis al-qiyādah al-‘askarīyah) is a council of the chiefs of staff of the three branches of the Union Defence Forces (UDF), the armed forces of the Arab Union. It consists of the Chief of Defence Staff, who chairs the council, the Army Chief of Staff, Navy Chief of Staff and the Air Force Chief of Staff, as well as their senior staff. The Military Command Council is overseen by the Minister of Defence via the Chief of Defence Staff. The Military Command Council has its headquarters at the Abode of Peace in Kiryat Jalil, Nasser City.
