Minister (Arab Union)

In the government of the Arab Union, a minister (Arabic: وزار wazīr; pl. وزراء wuzarāʾ) is a member of an executive cabinet (such as the Council of Ministers of the Arab Union or the governorate of a particular union republic), who is in charge of a particular ministry and who is appointed and directly answerable to their head of government (the Prime Minister at the federal level and the Governor at the republican level.
