The Ministry of Customs and Immigration (Arabic: وزارة الجمارك والهجرة wazārat al-jimārak wal-hijrah) is an executive department of the federal government of the Arab Union, subordinate to the Council of Ministers. It is responsible for administering national customs and immigration policy at border crossings and all other international points of entry including international airports and seaports, and also administers the visa application process as well as the immigration and naturalisation process including the issuing of residence and citizenship documents and administering relevant tests and related residency and citizenship programs.

The Ministry of Customs and Immigration has its headquarters in the Nasseria district of Sultan's Grove, and maintains offices in all major cities, many smaller cities, and all international airports, international border crossings and seaports. While the process of vetting and admitting individuals to the Arab Union is administered by the Ministry of Customs and Immigration, the physical security of its areas of operation, including detaining individuals is handled by the Joint Security Committee's "J" Directorate, whose officers are stationed alongside Ministry of Customs and Immigration staff at international points of entry to provide security for and enforce the decisions of the ministry.
