The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Arabic: وزارة الخارجية wazārat al-khārjīyah) is the foreign ministry of the Arab Union, subordinate to the Council of Ministers. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for conducting all diplomatic relations with foreign states on behalf of the 20 republics of the Arab Union. It is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is appointed by the Prime Minister of the Arab Union. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs enforces national immigration and visa policy, and issues passports to citizens of the Arab Union. The Minister of Foreign Affairs supervises the Ambassador of the Arab Union to the United Nations, as well as the ambassadors who run the Arab Union's multiple embassies and foreign missions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is headquartered at 100 El-Sultan Abu El-Ela St in Central Cairo. Anwar el-Aita has served as Minister of Foreign Affairs since September 2010.
