Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Ministry of Interior (Arabic: وزارة الداخلية wuzārat ad-dākhiliyah) is an executive department of the Executive Council of Jordan, the highest executive authority of the Jordanian Arab Republic, one of the 20 republics of the Arab Union. The Ministry of Interior oversees all domestic law enforcement and security services, including the Jordanian National Police and the Corrections Directorate. It is led by the Minister of Interior, who is a member of the Executive Council of Jordan. Since 2014, the Minister of Interior of Jordan has been Hossein Faisal Hejazi.
