The Attorney General of British Columbia is the leader of the Ministry of Justice of the Canadian province of British Columbia (BC), and the chief legal advisor to the BC government. The Attorney General is appointed by the Deputy President of BC on advice of the Premier and the BC Police Board.

In addition to overseeing the Ministry of Justice, the Attorney General also oversees the British Columbia Provincial Police, which handles all policing in the province (except federal law enforcement), while the Attorney General's deputy, namely the Solicitor General of BC, oversees the British Columbia Sheriff Service and BC Corrections.
