The National Disease Control Directorate (NDCD; Arabic: الادارة الوطنية لمراقبة الامراض al-idārah al-waṭanīyah li-marāqabat al-amrāḍ) is an agency of the Arab Union federal government responsible for planning for and directing the country's response to dangerous diseases, including epidemic outbreaks and other major medical crises, and also formulates and oversees the implementation of disease-prevention policy across the medical, public, and food service sectors. It is a major component of the Arab Union's public health system, and is subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the federal government. The NDCD also has exclusive jurisdiction within the territory of the Arab Union to issue quarantine orders, which may only be retracted by the directorate itself, by special order of an Arab Congress-appointed panel of health and science experts, by an executive order of the President of the Arab Union.

The headquarters of the NDCD are located at 5600 El-Bindkeya Blvd. in Ibrahimia. Dr. Mustafa Salman Khallouf has been National Director of Disease Control since 2010.
