The Naval Air Corps (Arabic: الفيلق الجوية البحرية al-faylaq al-jawīyah al-baḥrīyah) is one of the Arab Navy's four operational corps (the largest naval organisational units, one of which all active naval formations are a part). The Naval Air Corps is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all naval aircraft, from transport and service craft like vessel-support and other helicopters to the fighter jets and related weaponised aircraft based on the Arab Navy's six aircraft carriers. Most airpower projected by the Union Defence Forces (UDF) is that of the Arab Air Force; however, while the regular Air Force may work with and even support naval operations, the Naval Air Corps is entirely capable of both defending all active missions involving waterborne craft and projecting naval power via air.

While the majority of aircraft of the Naval Air Corps are capable of landing on an aircraft carrier, the corps does employ a small number of large military transport aircraft which are used either for reconnaissance or as refuelling vectors for other Naval Air Corps aircraft. These large aircraft and many others which are not meant for aircraft carrier interaction land and takeoff and are serviced at naval air stations, which are typically large naval stations possessing one or more runways. The Naval Air Corps also operates the fleet of maritime helicopters responsible for inserting the marine infantry of the Navy's Amphibious Corps. One major difference between the Air Force and the Naval Air Corps is that the former, while larger, is limited (especially its fighters and other attack aircraft) by the proximity of Arab or allied airbases, while the Naval Air Corps can project power anywhere in the world via the same attack aircraft due to their reliance only on a nearby aircraft carrier.
