New Frisia (Dutch: Nieuw Friesland) is the second-most populous of the 11 provinces of Sectoria, and the only exclusively Dutch-speaking province. It borders the Atlantic Ocean to the northeast, the bilingual Dutch-French province of Hainaut to the northwest, the French-speaking province of New Savoy to the west, the federal capital of Austros to the southwest, and the Basque-speaking province of New Biscay to the southeast. Its capital and largest city is Monniksdam, which is also Sectoria's third-most populous city, after Austros and Montjoie-sur-l'Avalon.
