In the Commonwealth of Antilla, a parish, commonly known as a civil parish to distinguish from the ecclesiastical parish, is a unit of local government and administrative division. Antilla's three populated islands are incorporated into 32 parishes: 16 on Marquesa, 5 on Parmesa, 4 on Santa Maria, and one each on the remaining 7 permanently inhabited islands; the uninhabited atolls and islets within Antilla's territorial waters are unincorporated and thus do not constitute part of any parish. Christiansby, Antilla's capital city, is the most populous parish with 112,300 people; Sandstone Cay is the least populous, with 118 people.
