The Parliament of Antilla is the bicameral legislative assembly of the Commonwealth of Antilla. It consists of an upper chamber (the Senate) and a lower chamber (the House of Commons). The two chambers share power in an uneven, consciously chosen manner. For example, the House of Commons is exclusively responsible for nominating the Prime Minister (head of government), and proposes all new legislation and the repeal of existing laws. By contrast, any new legislative proposal approved by the House of Commons must subsequently be delivered to the Senate, with proposed legislation or repeal of legislation becoming a reality only after majority approval by Senate vote and subsequent signing of the new legislation or bill of repeal by the President of Antilla (the popularly elected head of state).

Parliament House serves as the official meeting place of the Parliament of Antilla, with the Senate meeting in the north wing's auditorium and the House of Commons in the identical south wing's auditorium. Parliament House also has a third central auditorium located exactly equidistant from the north and south wings, with nearly triple the capacity of each of the other auditoriums; it is used to host joint sessions of both chambers of Parliament and other large gatherings including diplomatic conferences, presidential inaugurations, business conventions, live performances, etc.
