Permanent Representative of the Arab Union to the United Nations

The Permanent Representative of the Arab Union to the United Nations (Arabic: المندوب الدائم العربي لدى الأمم المتحدة al-mandūb ad-dāʾim al-ʿarabī ladā l-amam al-muttaḥidah) is the head of the Union of Arab Republics' diplomatic mission to the United Nations in New York City. The Permanent Representative is appointed by the President of the Arab Union and is immediately answerable to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The current officeholder is Khaled Mohsen Kotaite, in office since 30 September 2016.
