The British Columbia Provincial Police (BCPP), the primary law enforcement agency of the Canadian province of British Columbia (BC), divides its operations at the provincial level into 33 police districts, each of which covers a particular geographic area of the province. Some police districts are coterminous with a county, larger municipality, a pair of rural counties, or combinations thereof. Each district is assigned a detachment, which typically had its headquarters and largest station in the district's most populous community. Most districts have at least one if not multiple other stations, depending on the population of the area they cover.

Most BCPP resources are divided across the many police districts and their detachments. Nevertheless, there exists the Provincial Directorate, which is not bound to a specific police district and handles the majority of law enforcement issues affecting multiple police districts or the province as a whole. Most cooperative projects with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) involve Provincial Directorate units.
