Jump to navigationJump to searchPort Fuad International Airport (Arabic: مطار بور فؤاد الدولي maṭār būr fu’ād ad-duwalī; IATA: PFD, ICAO: HPFD) is an international airport located in the municipality of Abbas el-Hilmi, just south of the city of Port Fuad. It is the less busy of the two international airports of the Port Said Metropolitan Area, the other being Port Said International Airport. It consists of a single runway of orientation 33/15, 3440 metres in length. While Port Said International Airport is primarily used by commercial passenger flights, Port Fuad International Airport instead primarily handles cargo flights, charter flights, private aircraft and pilot training, with three flight schools located nearby.
