The President of Antilla is the head of state of the Commonwealth of Antilla. The head of government is the Prime Minister. The President of Antilla is popularly elected to a term of six years, with no constitutional limit on the number of consecutive terms a president may serve.

The President's role as head of state is primarily ceremonial, with the Prime Minister answerable to Parliament rather than the President. The President of Antilla represents the Commonwealth of Antilla as a state, and is expected to remain at arms's length from politics except in the event of a crisis resulting in the Prime Minister being compromised or otherwise unable to govern, in which case the President's responsibility is to ensure a smooth transition to new leadership via parliamentary nomination of a new prime minister.

The President of Antilla is constitutionally designated commander-in-chief of the military, but is constitutionally forbidden from exercising this role except in the event of a wartime government collapse or a coup d'état, with the chief of staff under the executive control of the Prime Minister via the Minister of Defence.

The President of Antilla's official workplace and residence is at Commonwealth House in northern Christiansby. The incumbent President of Antilla is Desean Lee, in office since 2016.
