The Prime Minister of Killarney (Killarne: Rounas Primí Kilharní) is the head of government of the Kingdom of Killarney, responsible for chairing the Cabinet of Killarney, the kingdom's top executive government body. The Prime Minister of Killarney is formally appointed by the monarch of Kilmark–Killarney on advice of the Parliament of Killarney, and is then responsible for nominating all members of his government (the Cabinet), including the Deputy Prime Minister and the multiple ministers of the Crown.

As Killarney uses a parliamentary system, the individual nominated to be Prime Minister is a member of Parliament who is either the leader or another senior member of the political party or coalition holding a majority of seats in Parliament, hence Parliament's choice of nominee. The Prime Minister must maintain the confidence of Parliament to stay in office, or else face a vote of no confidence; the Prime Minister can also be removed from office and his government dissolved via royal decree, although this is rare. Regardless of the method by which an incumbent Prime Minister and government are removed, a new parliamentary election must immediately follow to choose a new Prime Minister and government.
