The Prime Minister of the Danish Antilles (Danish: Danske Antillers Statsminister) is the head of government of the Danish Antilles, one of the constituent countries of the Danish Realm. The Prime Minister leads the Cabinet of the Danish Antilles, which includes multiple ministerial and other executive portfolios all appointed by and directly answerable to the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister of the Danish Antilles is typically the leader of the party or coalition holding a majority of seats in the Parliament of the Danish Antilles (the unicameral national legislative assembly. Following a general e election, the leader of the winning party/coalition is formally appointed Prime Minister by the Governor General of the Danish Antilles on behalf of the Danish monarch. The Prime Minister can be removed from office and a new general election subsequently called by one of two ways: either a vote of no confidence by the members of parliament (MPs), or via royal prerogative, the latter in which the Governor General, on advice of the monarch, removes the Prime Minister, also automatically initiating a subsequent general election.
