The Communist Party of Canada (Marxist–Leninist) (CPC–ML), the ruling political party of the Canadian Republic, in addition to its main federal centre which currently forms the Canadian federal government in Ottawa, also contains 18 additional provincial/territorial branches (French: branches provinciales/térritoriales), each of which is based in a particular one of Canada's 13 provinces or five territories, and seeks to form the provincial/territorial government in that particular province/territory.

Currently, nine of the thirteen provinces are governed by a branch of the CPC–ML, and four of the five territories.
