Jump to navigationJump to searchIn the Canadian Republic, each of the 13 provinces holds a provincial election (French: élection provinciale) every four years, a provincial general election in which the membership of the respective provincial assembly and the province's premier are chosen. A new provincial election can also be called at any time as a result of a vote of no confidence in the provincial assembly against the incumbent government and/or its premier.
