Jump to navigationJump to searchQueen Charlotte County is the northernmost and least populous of the ten counties of the Canadian province of Vancouver Island. It consists of the northern two fifths of the province's namesake main island. In December 2020, Queen Charlotte County had an estimated population of 105,300.
The largest city and administrative seat of Queen Charlotte County is Port Hardy, located near the northern tip of Vancouver Island proper. It is home to the county administration as well as the headquarters of the Royal Queen Charlotte Constabulary, the local police force responsible for all policing at both the county and municipal level across the county.
