"M" Division French: Division "M"), usually known as the Metro(politan) Division (Division métro(politaine)), is the division of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Canada's federal police force) responsible for providing regular municipal policing services to Ottawa, the capital and fourth-most populous city of Canada, which constitutes a unique jurisdiction separate from the country's 13 provinces and five territories. Ottawa is the largest city in Canada to be policed by the RCMP, and "M" Division is the only RCMP division responsible for a single city.

The federal headquarters of the RCMP and Public Security Canada are located in Ottawa, and so some RCMP units in the capital are not part of "M" Division, which has its own "metropolitan" headquarters, which doubles as its largest station, alongside 17 other stations. "M" Division is divided into 11 operations areas, each coterminous with one of the 11 boroughs of Ottawa, as well as two special operations areas, namely the city's atmosphere and waterways.

"M" Division currently employs a total of 14,305 personnel, including 11,268 sworn constables and 3037 civilians, which would make it the fourth-largest municipal police force (county constabulary) in Canada if it were an independent service, after the Toronto Metropolitan Police Service, the Laval Police Service, and the Lower Mainland Constabulary.
