Abu Marwan Rifaf Marwan Jarallah (Arabic: أبو مروان رفاف مروان جار الله; b. 7 July 1967) is a Palestinian former military police major general and Preventive Security Directorate deputy director, who has served since 1 September 2015 as Sheriff of the Arab Union, the highest ranking civilian law enforcement office in the Arab Union at the federal level, answerable only to the Attorney General of the Arab Union. Since 14 April 2016, Jarallah has also served as Chairman of the Political Security Bureau of the Ba'ath Party's National Command, responsible directly to the Central Committee of the National Command.

Jarallah lives in the Martyrs' Quarter borough of Nasser City. He has been married to Fatima Yahya Nashashibi since 1990, with whom he has two teenaged sons and one daughter currently attending her sophomore year at McGill University in Canada.
