Rosemary Heights is a suburban city of Surrey, the county seat and most populous city of South Fraser County, Lower Mainland. Rosemary Heights consists of a mixture of some high-rises and multiple expanses of low-rise apartments and townhouses as well as single-family homes. In the 2016 census Rosemary Heights recorded a population of 238,733; its Q3 2020 population estimate is 287,800.
