The Royal Northumberland Police (RNP) is the provincial police of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. It takes its name from the Northumberland Strait, which separates Prince Edward Island from the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. It has a total of 2354 employees (1908 constables and 446 civilians), making it the second-smallest of Canada's thirteen provincial police forces, and the second-largest constabulary in Prince Edward Island, after the Queens County Police Service.

In addition to provincial-level law enforcement, the RNP also provides sheriff (bailiff) services at all provincial courthouses, and operates the provincial jail system, while long-term correctional facilities are administered by a separate provincial correctional service.
