Sea Island is an island located in the delta/estuary of the Fraser River, where the river meets the Georgia Strait. The entire island, as well as all surrounding islets and sandbars, is part of the municipality of Cora Brown, the second-least populous municipality of North Fraser County. However, about 90% of Sea Island's land area is occupied by Vancouver International Airport; as such, the actual residential and commercial city/town of Cora Brown is located on the north coast of the island, across the water from the municipalities of Musqueam and Marpole.
